Leticia Marie Henderson

Remembering Her Journey Leticia (Bigmama) Marie Henderson was born February 13th, 1982 in Downy California to Linda (Anguiano) Simpson and Gilbert Ruiz. During her earlier years she was blessed to be able to move to her hometown that had her heart with her grandparents Marvin (Christine) Blanton. During this time, she grew into the crazy fun-loving smiling bubbly and so beyond lovable person she was. She went to Bradford High School and graduated in 2002. Here she was able to meet and make some truly lifelong friends that she always considered family. Sometime later she met her loving husband Cory Henderson in 2003 and married April 15th, 2007, in Eureka Springs Ar. From here they lived and loved the pipeline life. She was the Ultimate Pipeline’s Wife! She was able to travel and experience so many different exciting new places and things then most in their lifetime that she was able to do in the 42 years she was with us. In Sept of 2014 they added to their family and adopted Seth Myles Henderson, and this completed their trio! From here it was Seth's world, and they lived in it. She was such a proud and amazing mama. Ticia was an on the go gal. She was ready for just about anything especially if it had anything that dealt with water, boats, fishing poles and bait. She loved fishing and just being outside her newest hobby was kayaking and she was great at it as well as just about anything she put her mind to. She was extremely outgoing but most of all she was loved, and she loved beyond measure! On July 23rd, 2024, in Searcy AR she transitioned from this Earth life to Eternal Life and her Heavenly home to join her fathers, Gilbert Ruiz and Bob Simpson; grandfather, Marvin Blanton and paternal grandmother, Minnie Cardenas; brothers, ‘Lil’ John Roetzel and Jamie (Minga) Hutchison; sister, Amber Ruiz; along with so many beloved family and friends. Ticia’s beautiful memories will forever be cherished and lived thru her loving husband, Cory Henderson of Bradford, AR; son, Seth Henderson of Bradford, AR; her loving brothers , Junior (Ashley) Ruiz of Bald Knob, AR, Andre (Teri) Arteaga of Bakersfield, Ca, Robert Ruiz of Bullhead City, AZ, Micheal Ruiz of Whittier, Ca, and Adrian Armer; sisters, Sarah Armer of Bald Knob, AR and Emily Ruiz of Whittier, Ca; mama, Linda Simpson of Bald Knob, AR; mother, Sylvia Ruiz of Whittier, Ca; grandma, (Foxy) Christine Blanton of Bradford, AR.; nephews, Decimus Ruiz of Green Forest, AR, Zaden Ruiz of Bald Knob, AR and Bowen Hutchison of Green Forest, AR; nieces, Bella Ruiz Hittson of Reed Spring, Mo. Bigmama would want nothing but love laughter and happiness for everyone and want you all to know when she loved she loved BIG in saying that she loves us all so much and so BIG.
