Patsy Ann "Pat" Houston

Pat Houston, 81, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 3, 2023, at Hospice Comfort Care Center in Little Rock, AR. She was born on October 21, 1941, at Porter Rodgers Hospital in Searcy, Arkansas, to Fell Woodle and Virginia Woodle. Pat was a loving and kind person who dedicated her life to her family and faith. She loved Jesus and spent most of her free time praying. Pat attended West Point High School and later worked at Searcy Shoe Factory, White County Area on Aging, J&J Bonding, and as a housewife. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, gardening, shopping, and traveling. Pat worshipped at Temple Baptist Church and First Baptist Church. She also watched Jimmy Swaggart's at-home worship services. Pat is survived by her brother, Jr. Woodle (Sheila), sister Frances Swain, nephew Jim Swain (Tammy), great-nephew Corbry Swain (Autumn), McKenleigh Swailes (Micheal) , great niece and nieces, Stacy Wiley (Jason) and Mitzi Godair (Floyd) and Lauren Wiley, friend and sister Artie Woodle, and great-nieces and nephews Macey Woodle, Quinton Woodle, Chloe Woodle, Callie Woodle, Chelsea Woodle, and Chance Woodle. She was preceded in death by her son Kurt Houston, Forrest Swain, brother in law, daughter Lori Houston, husband James Houston, brother Don Woodle, sister-in-law Maxine Woodle, nephew Todd Woodle, nephew Micheal Woodle, mother Virginia Woodle, father Fell Woodle, and mother-in-law Frankie Houston. Patsy was such a kind and loving person and would help anyone that she could. She is with Jesus and all her family that went before her now, with perfect health and joy beyond measure. Graveside services will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery in Searcy, beginning at 3:30pm, with Corbry Swain officiating.
