Darlene Mary Pruitt

Darlene Mary ( Bader ) Pruitt, 68, left her earthly life on April 4, 2022, at Unity Health Hospital in Searcy. She was born in Wisconsin on August 22, 1953. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Roger Pruitt, her parents Marcella and Matthew Bader and one of her sisters Jeanie Roberts. Darlene was a mother to 3 children, Jeremy (Angela) Pruitt of Searcy, Autumn (Marty) Walker of De Valls Bluff and Greg (Andrea) Pruitt of Rockford, IL. She was a Nanny to 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 4 brothers, Pat (Debra) Bader of Monette, IL, Dan (Cathy) Bader of Rochelle, IL, Bill Bader of Rockford, IL, and John (Becky) Bader of Troy, MT; 2 sisters, Rose Oslund of Rockford, IL, and Sue Bader of Rockford, IL; and many friends. Darlene was a devout Christian woman. She was recognized all over no matter where she went, because of her previous work with Wal-Mart and Country Mart. She also loved to pull pranks on everyone. When a new person was introduced to her she always gave them a hug and welcomed them in to the family. She was always saying," We hug in this family."
