Della Faye Winkle (85) passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at her home in Bald Knob, Arkansas. She was born on September 13, 1936 in Augusta, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Andy and Ada May Osborne. Della was a homemaker for most of her life. She loved her family more than anything. Her children will always remember her making them homemade desserts and ice cream. Della enjoyed going to church and listening to her favorite gospel music. She liked to spend time with her children and grandchildren as much as she could. Della was loved and will be missed by all those that knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents; Andy and Ada May Osborne; Her brothers; Clifton Osborne and Baby boy Osborne; Her sisters; Thelma McCorkle, Inez Nunn, and Ulala Osborne. She is survived by her son; Danny Phipps; her daughters; Peggy Humes and Debbie Turney; Her sister Goldie Osborne Siler; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m..
