Eleanor Davidson, 92, of Bald Knob, died Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Unity Hospital in Searcy. She was born September 20, 1927 the daughter of John and Lizzie Hilburn. Eleanor enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, sewing and driving up to the hills during fall to see the trees change colors. She was a breast cancer survivor. Eleanor loved her family dearly and had a heart of gold. Eleanor is survived by three children, Laura McCall (Don) of El Paso, Ricky Davidson (Cynthia) of Bald Knob and Paula Thornsberry (Danny) of Searcy; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; 2 sisters, as well as a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harry Davidson; son, Kelly Davidson; grandson, Richard Garner; great-great grandson, Kainoa Everett Garner and 5 sisters. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8 at the Roosevelt Cemetery.
