Geneva Lucille (Allen) Brahic Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Geneva Lucille (Allen) Brahic, 94, of Bald Knob, passed from this life on Thursday, July 7, 2022. She was born January 19, 1928 in Kensett a daughter of the late Edgar and Ethel (Sills) Allen. Mrs. Brahic was a Christian lady and enjoyed many things throughout her life. Family was her first priority but she also enjoyed cooking, fishing, watching wrestling and her “soaps.” She retired from Kelley’s Restraunt in Bald Knob after 35 years of dedicated service. She is survived by her children, Dorothy Heathscott (Roger), Don Brahic (Sheila), Eddie Brahic (Diane), Button White, Roger Brahic (Beverly), Pat Riddle (Jay) and Brenda Moffitt (Alan); sisters, Wanda Burchett, Fran Thomas (Don) and sister in law, Veda Allen as well as numerous grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Price Brahic; daughters, Shirley Elgen, Diane Mounce. Betty Wolford and Lorie Brahic; a son, Willie Brahic, Jr.; grandchildren, Bristy Churchwell, Charlene Elgen, Jeff Elgen and Heather Horton; great-grandson, Austin Horton and siblings, Jewel Hunt, Marie Skaggs, Earlene Sisk, Tommy Allen and Gerald Allen. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with services immediately following. Interment will follow in the Kensett Cemetery.
