John Battie Ellis Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

John Battie Ellis, 71, of Pangburn, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on May 18, 2022 in Utah while doing his bucket list. He was born on May 22, 1950, in Pangburn, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Imogene Ellis and two grandsons, Christopher Murphy and Larry Mayberry. John was a member of the McJester Baptist Church. He had many titles, a biker, truck driver, iron worker and miner. He loved his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, his horse Bonnie and trike Pearl. He is survived by; ex-wife, Sandy Ellis, and their daughter Kimberly (James) Mayberry, their son, Bobby (Deborah) Ellis; grandkids, Shelly (Tim) Penny, Heather (Steve) Conaway, Natasha (Zack) Noll, Jonathan and Malachi Ellis; great-grandkids, Mason, Tinley, Jazmine, Otto, and Aurora; three step-grandchildren, fifteen step-great-grandkids, one step great-great-grandkid, ex-wife, Marty Niblack, stepdaughter Jessica Farmer, and stepson Jason Smith, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. The family will be holding a memorial service at McJester Baptist Church in Pangburn on June 25, 2022 at 1:00pm. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 12:00pm.
