Timmy Wayne Skinner (54) departed this life on Saturday June 11, 2022 at Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas. He was born on September 17, 1967 in Osceola, Arkansas. He was the son of Alonzo and Lucy Skinner. Timmy worked in sanitation for the City of Searcy. He very much enjoyed his job and coworkers. When he wasn’t working he enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Timmy was a regular at Colton’s Steakhouse, the staff will miss him. He was a genuine loving and caring person, who always had a smile on his face. Timmy came from a big loving family that will deeply miss him. He was preceded in death by his parents; Alonzo and Lucy Skinner; and his Nephew; Carlos Kack. He is survived by his daughter; Kaitlin Skinner; his son; Timmy Wayne Skinner Jr.; two brothers; Michael Skinner and Jimmy (Tammy) Skinner; four sisters; Carol (Randy) Hutchens; Polly (Charles) Watkins; Jane Staggs, and Brenda Slocum; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Brother John Blankenship officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Internment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Denmark.
